About This Project

In 2016 and 2017, Bairro dos Livros produced a “Harry Potter Book  Night” for Livraria Lello, a nightly event meant for three dozen  children who were fans of the wizard, and promoted by the saga’s UK  publisher that, every year, makes kits of promotional materials  available to bookshops and libraries.
Potterheads from Porto had the opportunity to celebrate J.K. Rowling’s  wonderful novels and to pass on the magic to young readers who had not  yet discovered these unforgettable books, at an event with games,  magic drinks and many other surprises.
